How to use Boomax

Take 2 Capsules Daily
Take 1 capsule of Ayuvya Boomax after breakfast and 1 after dinner with water, or as directed by your physician.
Note 1 :- Ayurvedic herbs work gradually and gently with the body. Consistent daily use is recommended for a minimum of 3 months. Individual results may vary.
Note 2 :- If you experience constipation, loose motion, rashes or heat in the body, avoid milk, tea or coffee. Stay hydrated. Tender coconut water is recommended to cool the body.
How to use i-Gain+

Follow this for starting 15 days
Take 1 tablet 15 minutes after lunch & 1 tablet, 15 minutes before dinner.

Follow this after 15 days
Take 2 tablets 15 minutes after lunch & 2 tablets, 15 minutes before dinner.

Make sure to add healthy & protein rich food to your diet for fast & desired results!
