YOU FURTHER CONSENT TO AYURVEDA HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED’S COLLECTION, RETENTION, PROCESSING, USE, DISCLOSURE, AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA which is defined as following:

By placing an order, you hereby consent to receiving all communications at the provided mobile number, even if the number is registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Consumer Preference Register (NCPR) list under TRAI regulations. SECTION 1(f)
Dispute Resolution
With respect to any dispute regarding the website, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of New Delhi, India, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within New Delhi, India, subject to foreign legal mandatory provisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, differences or claim arising out of your visit to the Ayurveda House Pvt. Ltd. website shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator appointed by the Managing Director of Ayurveda House Pvt. Ltd. in accordance with the law. The venue of such arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
SECTION 1(g)
Business transfer clause
For BUSINESS TRANSFERS AND AFFILIATES : In the event that we are involved in a bankruptcy proceeding, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as a part of that transaction. This Privacy Policy will apply to your information if it is transferred to the new entity. We may also disclose information about you to our corporate affiliates in order to help provide, understand and improve our Services and our affiliates’ services, including the delivery of ads.

Ayuvya accepts no responsibility for the information you choose to submit, and we cannot guarantee that third parties will not copy or use such material in any way.
You agree not to post, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any content on our Platform that:
- belongs to someone else and to which you do not have rights;
- is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing based on gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, promotes or encourages money laundering or gambling, or is otherwise illegal or contrary to current laws;
- is harmful to children;
- infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
- violates any current laws;
- deceives or misleads the recipient about the origin of the message or knowingly communicates false or misleading information that could be perceived as factual;
