Open the cap of the bottle. Remove the cap and put the spray pump into the bottle. Spray the oil on breast and breast lining and massage in upward and outward direction for 10-15 minutes. Massage until the oil is absorbed completely.
Note 1 : Herbal medicines take time & patience. For visible results please use regularly. The minimum course duration should be followed for 3 Months.
