How to use Fizzher
Step-1
Drop one tablet in 200ml of water.
Step-2
Wait till the Tablet dissolves in the water.
Step-3

How to use i-Gain+
Follow this for starting 15 days
Take 1 tablet after lunch & 1 tablet half an hour before dinner.
Follow this after 15 days
Take 2 tablets after lunch & 2 tablets half an hour before dinner.

Note 1 :- Drink 3-4 L water daily & eat lots of green leafy vegetables.
